No matter what endeavor, Lauren Quach gives 110% for her people. In helping clients buy or sell their homes, Lauren understands how a well-versed agent can make all the difference. Her background as a former Division I athlete and current fitness trainer has equipped her with the tools to motivate and mentor others to achieve success. She understands firsthand how overwhelming real estate can be and ensures she supports her clients every step of the way.
Lauren’s mission at TeamFIT is to build genuine connections with her clients to personalize their roadmap for a smooth transaction. Whether her clients are listing their precious childhood home, looking to grow their property profile, or seeking their dream gem for their future family, Lauren will take the utmost care. She utilizes her unique skill set of focus, adaptability, and empathy in an industry where her level of care is hard to come by.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Lauren graduated from St. Ignatius and later earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from University of San Francisco. She grew up playing competitive club volleyball, ultimately earning her a walk-on spot and scholarship on the USF Don’s roster. She continued on to the tech industry where she leveraged her skills and competitive zeal at Glassdoor.com, achieving the President’s Club Award as Senior Account Executive. Her career culminated in starting her own real estate business, TeamFIT, together with fellow agent and life partner, Anthony.
Lauren is just as passionate for fitness as she is for her clients. When Lauren is not managing transactions, you can find her coaching group fitness, hosting Instagram Live workouts every Wednesday, or keeping up with her snow bengals, Burpee and Escrow.
