My Bio
With a passion for education, Gaea Salazar empowers her clients by sharing the knowledge and tools they need to confidently make their most important real estate decisions.
Born in Manila, Philippines, Gaea immigrated to the United States with her family at age 4. They planted their roots in South San Francisco, where she grew up. Prior to real estate, Gaea was a student-athlete at City College of San Francisco before transferring to the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, where she earned a degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences. Working as a health and wellness professional in both the fitness and clinical realms, Gaea cared for a wide range of patients, which honed her dedication to building meaningful connections by providing personalized service.
Transitioning into real estate, Gaea began her career as an operations and administrative assistant writing offers, coordinating listings, and managing social media initiatives. Her systematic thinking and detailed organization resulted in smooth transactions for clients and teammates alike, leading to her roles as a licensed Realtor® and operations manager for TeamFIT.
Gaea’s real estate career ignited her entrepreneurial spirit and brought to life her business GAENZ, a Filipina-owned activewear brand representing her passion for fitness, pride in her heritage, and empowerment for women of color. She is also an ambassador at Pinayista, a nonprofit community collective of self-identified Pinays (Filipinas). In her free time, she can be found coaching high school and club volleyball, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, or hiking at a nearby national park.
